This validation data set contains volumetric T1 and FLAIR MR images of five healthy volunteers and five MS subjects. It also includes manually picked landmark points in seven different regions of the cortex on both inner and outer surfaces. The MS data also has landmarks picked near the WM lesions. Validation Data for Cortical Reconstruction Algorithms

This validation data set contains volumetric T1 and FLAIR MR images of five healthy volunteers and five MS subjects. It also includes manually picked landmark points in seven different regions of the cortex on both inner and outer surfaces. The MS subjects have additional landmarks, picked in the vicinity of white matter lesions.
