* July 2010: We are seeking a postdoc training in statistical estimation for time series analysis and experience with hidden Markov models is particularly desirable. The project involves assessment of disease state using imaging biomarkers; therefore experience with medical imaging and biomedical applications in general is also desirable. The position is open immediately, and applications should be sent to Jerry L. Prince at prince@jhu.edu with a brief cover email and attached CV.

* A postdoctoral position is available at the Image Analysis and Communications Laboratory, Johns Hopkins University, https://iacl.jhu.edu. The position will involve application of three-dimensional deformable registration methods for motion estimation with primary application to neuroimaging. Experience with medical image analysis, ideally with exposure to magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and MR tagging, and/or biomechanical modeling using the finite element method is highly desirable. Interested applicants should send their CV in PDF format and the names of three professional references to Jerry L. Prince at prince@jhu.edu.
