This position has been filled.] A postdoctoral position is available at the Image Analysis and Communications Laboratory, Johns Hopkins University, The position involves application of image analysis and finite element modeling to imaging of brain deformation caused by mild accelerations inside a magnetic resonance scanner. Experience with one or more of the following is required: medical image analysis, motion imaging and analysis, magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, and/or biomechanical modeling using the finite element method. Candidates with doctoral degrees in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering or closely related fields are sought.
