Research and Released Softwares

LesionTOADS:

LesionTOADS is an algorithm for simulatenous tissue classification and MS/WM lesion segmentation in a topology-preseving frame work. Multichannel input images are used to
give a detailed segmentation of the brain into its major structures while delineating the lesions.

LesionTOADS is released as part of the TOADS-CRUISE software package . After installing TOADS-CRUISE, you can install the nightly version of Lesion-TOADS from here. (user manual)

LesionCRUISE:

LesionTOADS can also be used in CRUISE software to generate the cortical surfaces for brains with lesions which makes all the methods devoloped for cortical analysis of healthy brains applicable to deseased brains.

LesionCRUISE is available upon request (contact: navid.shiee@nih.gov).
