- Developed a method of 3D
reconstruction of dense incompressible deformation field of the heart and the
tongue using divergence-free vector spline. - Developed and implemented a system to quantify 3D tongue
motion using zHARP. - Developed a method of 3D tongue
motion tracking during speech using iterative method. - Developed a robust 2D HARP
tracking refinement method based on single source shortest path concept. - Developed a robust 2D HARP
tracking refinement method using seeded region growing. - Analyzed statistical property of
2D tongue velocity field using principal component analysis. - Developed a prostate brachytherapy seed reconstruction method using tomosynthesis and optimal coverage from X-ray fluoroscopy
images. - Implemented and optimized a 3D nonrigid image registration algorithm using adaptive
bases and applied it to brain volume registration. Delivered a software
package that is being intensively used in both our lab and collaborating
labs. |
