I am now
a graduate student working with Dr. Jerry Prince at Image Analysis and Communation Lab at
the Johns Hopkins University and
Dr. Christos Davatzikos
at The Section form Biomedical
Image Analysis at University
of Pennsylvania.
My research interests are compter vision
and image processing with applications in biomedical image analysis.
In particular, I am interested in shape modeling and deformable
models, and their applications in segmentation and registration
of medical images.
- Finding weighted geodesic path on
triangulated meshes

- Using statistical shape model to
find the sulcal curves on the outer human cortex

- A hierarchical active shape model
for very limited training data
