Blake Dewey

I am an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. My research focuses on the analysis and modeling of large clinical imaging datasets to further translational research and precision medicine goals. My current work centers on neurodegeneration and it's effects in multiple sclerosis and other neurological disorders.

I earned my Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, where I focused on artificial intelligence solutions to data harmonization in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). After a post-doctoral research fellowship in neuroimmunology, I started as Neurology faculty, working to engage clinically acquired imaging data in translational research and clinical feedback.
