Medical Image Analysis/Visualization
- JIST: IACL's medical image processing tools.
- Paraview: An open source visualization tool based on VTK.
- MIPAV: A nice tool from the NIH with lots of tools for image processing. Some good visualization tools too.
- Camino: A nice toolkit for diffusion weighted image processing.
- FSL: Good tools for a wide range of analysis tasks.
