Running a custom Mipav
This is useful for giving MIPAV access to experimental / custom code without the usual "Installation" procedure.
alias mipavjava "/home/john/mipav440/jre/bin/java -classpath '/home/john/mipav/plugins/:/home/john/mipav440/:/home/john/mipav440/:`find /home/john/mipav440 -name '*.jar' | sed 's#/home/john/mipav440/#:/home/john/mipav440/#' | tr -d '\n'`'"
alias mymipav "mipavjava -Xms3000m -Xmx8000m MipavMain"
Thanks to Pilou for the help with this.
